We will take ownership of your physical keys or codes to access your home and keep it safe.

Our clients receive an electronic inspection report immediately at the conclusion of the home watch service.
The report gives our geo-location and time at the client’s home and details the condition observed, and recommendations of items in need of maintenance or items that need urgent repairs.
The report is also uploaded to the client portal for future access.
If there is a major issue with the home we will call the client immediately and work to minimize any property damage.
